Last night we had roast chicken, with roast carrots, parsnip & broccoli... and boiled potates. YUM!!

Snowy I got hungry just reading that. Wow.

I had class after work so I didn't feel like cooking when I got home. My dinner was basically pineapple and cottage cheese.

I had a beef and mushroom pie. Homemade of course ^_^
