How do you feel about colored lipstick and eye shadow?

For me I like to wear a black pair of leggings, and not gray black. I mean pitch black. I usually put on a neon colored cami and the take whatever neon color shirt I'm wearing and put the same makeup color on. Lots of black eyeliner help, if you want an extreme look. Go on youtube and find "The color workshop" videos on how to apply. Sparkly grey sneakers finish the look. That way you'll get a few catcalls.

The colors I wear vary on what outfit I will be donning. I try to make sure my makeup matches whatever I'm wearing. I've pulled off bold colors pretty easily, though I usually stick to black, black, and more black.
