Once you start getting really big you will find it almost impossible to get into a good position to sleep.
Whilst I was pregnant I suffered terribly from lack of sleep, especially in last trimester, when it's bad enough getting up to go to the loo ten zillion times a night!!! So I brought this: Clicky! and thoroughly recommend it! It's so comfortable and takes the pressure of your bump and back. You can also use it as a feeding cushion after jellybean is born and then a normal cushion.
