It's taken me a while to find nice shoes like these that don't make my feet look retarded.

I fit a size 3 chuck converse. My work shoes are a "1L". I think I'm a 32-34 (haha which shoe size measurement do I go with?!). 5s are too big for pretty shoes but I can pull off gym shoes with insoles.
