I just had someone shout at me on the phone, when I called them to try to help them.

Why are people so damned rude when all you try to do is HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyhow, yes that happens often..... The thing is that a lot of people who work in call centres often abuse those who call them, and then complain when someone abuses them...lol

But people are rude, tis a fact of life, just make sure you do whats right... and no matter what outcome you will come out smelling like roses

i agree snowy, that does suck. i work at a petrol station and people yell at me about the fuel prices. yup, i change the prices. tis my job
