You could wear one of these type of tops (example) underneath your shirt. Like others have said though you should just tell your friends to stop looking lol.

I usually wear one of those tank tops with the built in bra under my shirts just in case my shirt is too short. Maybe you could try that. It isn't uncomfortable.

If your pants are too big, maybe try wearing ones that fit or if this isn't the problem, I would suggest to wear a longer tshirt link many others on here have suggested.
