Did You Use A Moses Basket?

Did you use a moses basket for your newborn baby? Or did he/she go straight into a cot?

If you did use one, do you think it was beneficial to baby?

Yes. For the first 3 months (that's the recomended age limit), I think it makes baby feel more secure being in a more enclosed enviroment after being in the womb for 9 months. For me personally a cot at newborn age would have been far too big for one so tiny!

I did to, In fact I still have it as I couldn't bear to give it away after he outgrew it

We put the carrycot from Kasia's pram into her cot and at about 4 weeks old she slept in her cot no problem.
