heh, yeah I find that too chaz (not the tongue peircing part but the other bit). Sometimes I accidently bite the insides of my cheeks adn the more I do it, the bigger the ulcers get and teh bigger they get, the more I bite them. Vicious cycle!

yes i did tha the other day i bit my mouth and everytime i ate or something i bit it again cause i had an ulcer things there grrr i hae that
