Girl Power began as a thought in my mind whilst I was bored at work just over a year ago. I wanted to create a site where women of all ages, shapes, sizes and status, could come together and share thoughts and experiences with each other.
With the inspiration of Thistle, the techy knowledge of SaRu, and the graphical designs of Bubbles, Girl Power was born on 10th September 2004.
In Girl Power's first year of existance:
All of the above is based on the statistics..... so far..... Girl Power is going from strength to strength..... and it's all down to YOU members!!

)
- Has created 33 forums
- Our members have started an amazing 1801 topics
- And have made 10153 posts
- They have sent over 700 PM's (Private Messages)
- We have 6 members of staff
- January 2005 was the busiest month for new members - Girl Power gained a total of 53 Newbies that month
- August 2005 you lot posted a phenomenal 1519 posts - our busiest posting month
- Google (GoogleBaby) has visited us 33965 times - he can't get enough
All of the above is based on the statistics..... so far..... Girl Power is going from strength to strength..... and it's all down to YOU members!!
