I don't really see a problem with it, but the thing you have to consider, is that you are 21, will she be willing to go clubbing etc and do the things that most 21 year olds do?

well, that's a classic syndrome..you're probably new and still fighting, trying to fit in, and she is (probably) pretty and a kind woman who helps you around (probably other people there don't behave that way). So you see here as your shelter and support...
But, it's not very clever to fall for a person you work with, for starters. And the other thing, who knows would you like her if you didn't have that "i'm the new guy and need help" syndrome. Age is not a problem, so what if she's a bit older - but, you do have to know that some women want to get married when they reach a certain age, they want their relationship to go some places - and you might not be ready or willing for marriage or a serious commitment...
