So anyone watch Bodyshock last night on CH4?

It was soooooooo sad. This beautiful wee baby girl ended up being paraded around in front of the press and even the operation to separate her legs was broadcast LIVE on television

I mean how awful would it have been if she had died with the entire population of Peru watching?

The surgeon who performed the operation for nothing (sounds like a nice bloke huh?) was so obviously more interested in furthering his political career.....he even paused halfway thru the op' to tell someone that the lighting wasn't good enough for the cameras ! And those poor parents were told what ws happening with their daughter AFTER the press were informed.........how screwed up is that?

I wanted to slap him silly.....but the good news is that the wee baby survived

so who else watched it and got mad? (and also was amazed at how a wee baby like that could possibly HAVE so much hair on her head

)

I will try not to make any jokes, as I tended to do on the night dear thistle, and agree that the treatment of the little on and the parents by this doctor and hospital was disgraceful (apart from the fact the little one survived the op).

I was away on holiday(Gran Canaria) that night hun...but it sounds as if Im glad I didn't watch it.
