What time did you go to bed at last night? Did you go straight to sleep or did you watch tv, or read?

What time did you get up at this morning?



I went to be about 10pm and went straight to sleep. Up at 7:10am this morning!

night before last I aimed to be in bed by 10pm. Was in bed by 11.30, read a book on abnormal psychology for 10mins before having a microsleeps while reading, ditched the book and fell asleep. Nothing like some class readings to get you nodding off...

Tonight I am again aiming for 10 and it's 8.50 and I'm very keen on getting some jamas on so should be a keeper... thought tonight I shall aim for....social psyc readings

It's currently 9:05pm. I'm eating a little bowl of cereal, then going to bed to watch America's Next Top Model for an hour, before sleepy time!
 
I went to bed at midnight last night. I had to drag myself off the couch first though, LOL, I kept falling asleep there.

I pretty much went right to sleep, cuz I was halfway there when I laid down.

I woke up at 7am this morning...had to work!
 
Last night I fell asleep on my old/new landlord's couch, which is horridly uncomfortable, probably around 11pm. Then I woke up at 6am, went home, crawled into bed, where I fell right back to sleep, and woke up at 10:30 am when the phone rang. :)
 
Good sleep then despite the uncomfy sofa!!

Last night I went to bed at 9:30pm, watched Canada's Next Top Model for an hour, than off to snoozle land until the alarm went at 6:40am.
 
Last night I stopped cleaning and packing when I realized what time it was...1am!!! then I went to bed and fell immediatly to sleep, and woke up at 7am when the stupid alarm went off!!
