1 leek

Half a bag of baby potatoes (about 10 good sized one's)

About 7 florets of Brocolli

Small handful of grated cheese


Slice leek and wash thoroughly. Wash the potatoes thouroughly but keep the skins on for added nutrients.

Wash the brocolli.

Put it all in a pan and just cover. Simmer for about 15 mins until everything soft, checking on the water level. There should be just a little water left over. Mush up the vegetables with this water for added vits and serve with some grated cheese.

If veggies need an extra moosh you can add some baby milk.


This should make enough for three to four meals for a baby of 10 months+


Cheap, easy and very nutricous.
