I agree to not worry about the charts. More important is to go by how you look and feel. I never think those charts are accurate, at least for me they are not.
 
I think it sounds as if you are getting a little too worried about weight. Eat a healthy diet, take regular exercise and judge by what you see in the mirror (and weigh yourself from time to time).
 
Your BMI at 5'2" and 103 lbs is 18.8, Jenn. At your height, you could go to 134 and still be in a healthy range. But it's really a mistake to put so much stake in numbers if you're healthy and happy.
 
I tend to agree with the advice from Justontime. Live a healthy lifestyle but don't get so obsessed about it, relax a little bit and enjoy life.
 
Good advice here. Society sets standards for us and we think we have to follow them. As long as you are healthy and happy, it is all good!
