Slash Breast Cancer Risk By Losing Weight

Women who watch their weight and exercise several times a week could slash the risk of developing breast cancer by nearly 40 per cent, doctors will reveal this week.

Experts have concluded that a package of preventive measures, which includes losing weight, cutting back on alcohol and taking at least three hours' exercise a week, could save thousands of lives every year.
