How do you cure your nails?

I was excited to do my very first shellac manicure last night at home. I bought all the necessary items on Amazon.com (protein bond, base coat, top coat, colors and an USpicy nail lamp) and it was a complete success! I love doing my nails and I'm already excited to do them the next time. This USpicy nail lamp gets the job done. I think the timer goes off 7-10 seconds too early so I just don't use the timer option, I use the timer on my phone instead just to be safe. How do you guys dry your nails and how much time do you need to finish drying? Do you have any problems with your nail drying?

I really don't have any set schedule or process any more. I don't even really do my nails very often. When I do, I just let them air dry and try to avoid touching things for a while, hoping that they're dry by the time I end up forgetting, lol.
