Favorite and Least Favorite Exercise

I like doing short interval workouts. Due to my short attention span, running long distance or working out on the same machine will drive me insane. However, I due enjoy hiking. Mostly due to the feeling you receive once you've hiked to your destination. Whether it's up a mountain, or along side a stream, there is something so relaxing about working out in nature. For rainy days, like I mentioned before, interval workouts are great. They keep your heart pumping, and burn so much fat!
