Also i think are good ones to keep up to date with are:
*Pushing your cuticles back and filing your nails(i hate when the are crooked)
*When conditioning your hair, rinse with colder water as with hot water it can make your hair look oily.
*keep your eyebrows under control :D
*if you sleep on 2 or 3 pillows at night it helps reduce dark circles under your eyes.
*Cleanse,exfoliate,tone and moisturise the skin. Do these daily, though if you exfoliate too much it can cause the oil glands in your skin to over do it and produce an excess of natural oil which may lead to blemishes.

This girl gives good recommendations for your skin. She takes you on a visit to a drugstore, CVS. There's two parts to it. Although I don't know if I agree with her on the Neutrogena Wave. I've watched other videos stating that its good. Well most are good a few don't like it. But all-in-all you should watch, the title of my thread is- MakeUp. Check it out ;)

This all tips are really a important for all, try to eat light at night and before sleep wash your face and remove make-up.and you avoid a late dinner this affect your body it not suite on you,this will keep in mind that help you.
 
Always take off your mascara. You may not realize this, but if you leave it on, you can actually pull out some of your eyelashes while you are sleeping if you still have mascara on.

Agreed on the water and sleep! Keeping stress under control is also a big one, as stress can affect someone in the long term.
A healthy diet is also very important.
